Another BEAUTIFUL wedding day comes to the blog!! Emily and Brandon are married and I’m SO exited to share this selection of my favorite images from their day! You may remember them from their Spring Engagement Session in the Cherry Blossoms earlier this year. I was actually referred to Emily by Grace, who had her wedding just over a month ago at The Columns Banquets! These two are great friends, and I’m so happy that I had the chance to photograph both of their beautiful weddings!
Emily & Brandon’s day started out with the girls at Brandon’s parents house, where Emily and Brandon had decided they wanted to do their first look. They actually got engaged in the exact location that they did their first look, which is such a special touch that they have to look back on. Once Emily showed me that spot in the house, I knew I had to suggest doing all of the getting ready portraits in there. It was so bright and beautiful, and was the perfect setting for my editing style.
Emily had two first looks, the first with her Dad, and the second with Brandon. Both of these first looks were so sweet, but when Brandon immediately teared up after seeing her, I was in tears too! I love being able to capture such special moments for my couples. Following this, we all headed to The Botanical Gardens for their Ceremony and Reception. I have photographed in the gardens a few times, but this was by far my favorite. Their family was so welcoming and helpful, and that made it so enjoyable to be apart of their day. Their entire wedding was so incredibly beautiful – I can’t wait for you to see all of the gorgeous images that came out of this day!
