Modern Rustic Wedding in Lowville, Ny

The celebration of Maddy & Caden’s love on their wedding day was such an incredible experience to be a part of. Getting ready at The Judge’s Quarters added a beautiful rustic touch to the morning where everyone could be together in one large space. The moment that Maddy shared with her Father for their first look was so special and brought a lot of emotion into the morning, paired perfectly with the bridesmaids first look which followed.

The ceremony at Zero Dock Street kept the light and bright, rustic feel. I was so excited to see the space after viewing photos online and I can say it absolutely did not disappoint. Their ceremony was such a powerful moment in their day that brought everyone together through Worship – something I’ve never experienced but honestly had me floored by how beautiful it was. A lot of family on Caden’s side had a large part in their day as well, from owning the ceremony location, to his Grandpa taking video and doing the sound at the ceremony, his Uncle officiating, his Grandma helping run the day, and so much more. I loved how personal it made their day to have so many family members involved in a deeper way.

We took photos of them and their wedding party at the Lowville DEC, which if you saw their engagement session blog post, was that same location! It was so nice to have had the opportunity to test out the area before the wedding so we knew exactly where we wanted to go. The location is so large and photogenic, I can absolutely see myself heading back there for future sessions if I’m ever in the area again! 

Their day concluded with the best people surrounding them, and Caden’s brother bringing the party on the dancefloor! There was so many events I was able to capture during open dancefloor and it made the night so much fun – there was always something different happening!

I am so honored to have been brought into such a family-oriented day to document the love that everyone has for Maddy and Caden, and they have for each other.
